Who owns what you build?
You do, outright, including the code. That is written into the agreement, and it stays true wherever the system is hosted.
What happens if we stop working together?
You take everything with you: the code, documentation, logins and data, plus a day of our time with whoever takes it over. There is no lock-in clause anywhere in our agreements.
Who do we call when something breaks?
Our team, the same people who built it. Not a call center and not a ticket queue. Everything behind it, including hosting, is ours to sort out.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. Most of our work connects the tools you already use. We only suggest replacing something when the five-year numbers clearly favor it, and we show you those numbers first.
Will the automation send things to our customers on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default, anything going to a customer is drafted for a person on your team to approve. You can switch individual tasks to run on their own once you trust them.
Do you work outside Wisconsin?
Yes. We are based in Wisconsin, and almost all of the work happens remotely, so we work with businesses anywhere in the United States.
How is our data kept safe?
We only access the systems we need for the job, using accounts you control and can revoke. Hosting runs on managed infrastructure with backups and access controls, under written agreements. See our privacy policy for the details.
